Pushpam Resorts LLP entered the hospitality business in 2013 and plans to expand into various hospitality models. The company's first resort, Sanskruti Suites & Resort, located in Karjat, is set to open in early 2019 and is currently under construction. Additionally, Pushpam Resorts is in the planning stages for another resort near Wai. Both resorts are designed with a weekend home theme, where the parent company, Pushpam Infra, will construct the weekend homes, while Pushpam Resorts LLP will manage the luxury studio rooms and 1 BHK/2 BHK villas under a revenue-sharing model. Each property will feature an exclusive clubhouse that includes a restaurant, banquet hall, swimming pool, spa, gym, and both indoor and outdoor games. The company also offers an exclusive club membership for weekend home customers.
